The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity non-stick layer is for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Should your product develop a defect during the warranty period, please get in touch with customer service (info@greenpan.com).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really disappointed. I bought one of these pans and a wok pan. I was really hopeful and very positive about the credentials. the pancake pan soon started sticking. I contacted the company and they were helpful, sending me a new pan, saying that they should not be used with oil. I didn't see this in the instructions so may well have done that - a little oil to make a pancake is not unheard of. I was very careful of the second pan, but the same soon happened and it has also happened with the wok pan. It isn't always me who uses the pan, so I guess someone else also used oil and not the pans are not useable. I am so disappointed but can't recommend to anyone who likes to use any oil at all in their cooking.
