Your GreenPan has a limited lifetime warranty that protects against defects in the material and the finishing of the product and its non-stick layer with normal, non-professional use, in accordance with GreenPan's maintenance and usage instructions. The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity non-stick layer is for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Should your product develop a defect during the warranty period, please get in touch with customer service (info@greenpan.com).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Would not recommend We bought Two frying pans a few months ago. The first got ‘heat damage’ within the first couple of uses frying tofo. Everything sticks to it now. Seems a bit silly that a pan can be damaged in such away. The Smaller pan has been better but it is impossible to clean when using with a gas hob. and has some how got damaged by a metal utensil (which penetrated the coating). However we also bought a wok with the grey coating and that is amazing! In my view avoid the cheaper black coating and go for the grey coated pans. Even though the blue look so nice.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Equally would not recommend Unfortunately my experience of GreenPan has not been very good. I bought my pan from Harts of Stur and so far have tried the Venica and Mayflower pans, both of which began sticking within two weeks of having them. The last pan i bought was over 4 years ago, so i can only assume that the issue is not down to how i am using the pan.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed I am a big fan of Greenpan for our family and our baby as they are healthy pans but i am really disappointed with this specific pan. It’s sticky and it takes me ages to clean it!!! I would not recommend this product. I think something must have gone wrong with the coating. It’s a shame as I love this size (24cm)
