Your GreenPan has a limited lifetime warranty that protects against defects in the material and the finishing of the product and its non-stick layer with normal, non-professional use, in accordance with GreenPan's maintenance and usage instructions. The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity non-stick layer is for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Should your product develop a defect during the warranty period, please get in touch with customer service (info@greenpan.com).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Green Pan - the only brand I now cook with! Green Pan is now the only brand I use when cooking! This is a very well made, sturdy stock pot. I swear it cuts the cooking time down considerably than using staineless steel pans. The health benefits are numerous. It doesn't scratch as easily as other brands like Tefal too. Very easy to clean even on the toughest of food residue. I'm really happy with Green Pan and am in the process of replacing all my pots and pans with Green Pan.
