Your GreenPan has a limited lifetime warranty that protects against defects in the material and the finishing of the product and its non-stick layer with normal, non-professional use, in accordance with GreenPan's maintenance and usage instructions. The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity non-stick layer is for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Should your product develop a defect during the warranty period, please get in touch with customer service (info@greenpan.com).

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Impressive Non-Stick Grill Pan This is my first grill pan and GreenPan. It is a substantial piece of kit, made from top quality materials. It is much larger and heavier than I expected, which makes it cumbersome to use, wash and store in a tiny kitchen. I was also disappointed that on my induction cooker only the food in the centre of the pan gets cooked. I would have preferred a smaller grill pan. Having said that, it does cook chicken and courgettes beautifully, with aesthetically pleasing diagonal chargrilled stripes. I now want to buy a Craft frying pan, as I am so impressed by the non-stick quality and environmental/health credentials of GreenPan.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing I love this nothing sticks to it all , you can tip it to the side and every runs off it like water I couldn’t believe it when I saw this , my mum the reason I got these pans cos I saw how good here was , yes little pricey but well worth every penny spent and you will not have to buy again , I’m so happy with these and can’t say enough about them; they are durable easy to clean easy to use and just all round amazing, I’ll never go back to normal pans again .I have bad arthritis in my hands and these are so easy to clean all you’d need is to rinse them and it’s clean crazy but very true

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!!! I don’t normally leave reviews but this pan has just made me so happy. I live on omelettes and some days they stick to the pan others they don’t . Just made one with this and it glides around the pan and then off the plate easy peasy. Really impressed I don’t know why you would buy any other pan
