The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity Pro non-stick layer is for 5 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Rated 5 out of 5 by Christina L from worth every penny! This is the second Greenpan pan product I buy, I have been using it for a month now and I am very happy. It took me a few days to ponder over whether to spend more and get this pan or settle for cheaper options. I am so happy I decided to get it! Absolutely non-stick, great performance on my induction hob, excellent for omelettes, pancakes, pasta sauces. No scratches yet and I am being careful! The other Greenpan casserole I have had for 3 years now does have a few scratches on the inside but still great non-stick performance and so I am positive that this pan will also last!

Bought this pan in March 2020 and now it is practically useless. Tried to cook chickens fajitas in it and the attached picture shows the result. I have tried all recommendations including not using too much heat or olive oil but to no avail. Bought the pan as I have Green Pan saucepans and have been happy with them. However, after just over a year’s moderate use the frying pan is now useless. Very disappointed and not what I expect for the price,

Rated 1 out of 5 by Spartanmaggie from Very Disappointing for the money We bought this with a wedding voucher from John Lewis. I have to say we are so disappointed. We both a proficient cooks. My husband is an award winning chef with 2 AA Rosettes. Neither of us can stop an omelette sticking. We brought it specifically with this in mind. We wanted a top-notch frying pan that we didn't have to use loads of oil and that was non stick. Its Does veg and steaks OK, but doesn't give anything the real Millard affect that gives flavour. IT is off back to John Lewis for a refund we hope..
