The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity non-stick layer is for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Should your product develop a defect during the warranty period, please get in touch with customer service (info@greenpan.com).

Key thing - low/medium-high heat, we never use high anyway, we used these for frying eggs, sauteing vegetables, making meatballs, and pancakes and crepes, all turned out absolutely fine! Nothing sticks! I usually use these with ghee or coconut oil. Easy to clean - soft part of the sponge only, and hoping they will last! Silicone or wood utensils to prevent scratching too, and hand wash only. I will be replacing my set of pots shortly!
