The Thermolon Infinity Proceramic non-stick coating is reinforced with diamond and contains no harmful substances (PFAS-free).

The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity Pro non-stick layer is for 5 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Should your product develop a defect during the warranty period, please get in touch with customer service (info@greenpan.com).

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unusable so far ... Excellent pan that I can’t use because it’s impossible to remove the sticky label, I was sent a replacement but that has the same problem. It really is as ridiculous as it sounds, but the label is plasticised and just laminates until there’s no edge to lift ... and no amount of water, alcohol, nail varnish remover, vinegar, peanut butter, picking away at it etc will shift it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Happy with purchase I decided to treat myself to a saute pan as I love my Greenpan frying pan so much. This pan makes cooking so easy, no hotspots, nothing sticks and it's a dream to wash up. My only complaint is the sticker on the bottom of the pan - my husband tried every solvent in the shed following failure of kitchen cleaners and finally succeeded by aggressive rubbing (!) with a dry cloth. He has no fingernails left - but has earned lots of brownie points.

It cooks and cleans well, so I don't think I'd ever go back to anything with teflon or any other nasty chemical coating. It also looks great, which I know is not all that important, but it appeals to my superficial side.

I splashed out on this, even though it was a lot more expensive than I would normally spend on a pan, as I am worried about the amount of carcinogenic substances we get exposed to in non stick pots and pans, so I would rather invest in safe ones. The fact that the coating was guaranteed for 5 years gave me peace of mind that this is going to last a long time. The quality is excellent and this particular model looks very sleek and elegant. It is made all of one piece (no sandwich base) and has a rounded bottom which makes cleaning a breeze. I did not have any issues peeling off the sticker, which was mentioned in several other reviews. They must have found a way to fix that. I have been washing it by hand as this is the manufacturer's preferred method and it is not too much of a chore since things don't stick to it. Only thing to be mindful of when washing is that food can get stuck around the rivets but a bit of gentle scrubbing around those gets it off. Overall I am very happy and already thinking of buying other pans in the same range.
