The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity non-stick layer is for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Should your product develop a defect during the warranty period, please get in touch with customer service (info@greenpan.com).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Top quality product when good. The saute pan and many other items in the Mayflower range have been perfect and absolutely no problems. However the same can't be said for an earlier purchase which has consistently been a problem. I purchased a large frying pan, which is used exactly the same as every other pan, but stubbornly refuses to be non-stick. I had a huge amount of correspondence with customer service who went to great lengths to convince me it was my fault. I never got an explanation for the damage to the rim of the pan. So in summary, when good, they are excellent. But, when you have a problem, forget it and live with it. 5 star product, 2 star customer service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Highly Recommend I bought this for my son, as he’s always complaining my sauté pan is ‘rubbish’! We are super-delighted with this one. It’s totally non-stick, and so easy to wash. We use with wooden utensils, as I feel metal would ruin it, but we usually don’t use metal cooking utensils anyway. It looks beautiful, and when my son moves out and takes it with him, I’ll be buying myself one, and probably more besides. I used to have a catering business, and this is far superior to other pans I’ve used, and I usually pay much more for this type of quality. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great pan I bought this as a birthday present and she loves it! It is very versatile and is getting a lot of use! It's especially good for making chilli, risotto, Bolognese, etc where you start by frying onions. It cook really evenly so the onions don't burn but gently soften thoroughly. Then you can add other ingredients and liquid and cook the whole thing in this pan. It is so easy to clean as well!
