Your GreenPan has a limited lifetime warranty that protects against defects in the material and the finishing of the product and its non-stick layer with normal, non-professional use, in accordance with GreenPan's maintenance and usage instructions. The warranty on the ceramic Thermolon Infinity non-stick layer is for 2 years from the date of purchase. Damage caused by misuse or abusive use, negligence, accidents, overheating, commercial use and/or changes to the product made by the end consumer is explicitly excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not cover stains, discolouration or scratches that are part of normal wear and tear. Saw a GreenPan display in John Lewis and decided to investigate the options on line. Having seen the hugely scary "Dark Waters" film about Teflon contamination I was determined to seek out an alternative. What do I hate most about pans? Cleaning them when stuff has burnt onto them. What do I like most about my new GreenPan set? It's totally non-toxic AND I've never ever encountered a non-stickier brand. They are SO easy to clean. Also quite keen on the 'feel' of the handles in the hand and the fairly light weight. They are by no means cheap, but they ARE a premium brand product and a total joy to own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by L Mann from Brilliant pots! I spent some time researching pans! Have been married for 44 years and decided it was time to replace an odd assortment of pots all in one go. I tried a casserole first to see what the quality was like and it was great. Then went on to buy the five piece set and a wok. I like the non stick surface and they heat up really quickly and cook faster I think. Wash easily , I tend not to put pots in the dishwasher but they are safe . I like that they are lightweight too..as I’m getting older I can’t be bothered with heavy pots and these are easy to use.

However one of the pans has a few small chips appear even though I have cared for them as per instructions. I have notified Green Pan 3 times and only receive an automated response so very disappointed with customer care or it would have been 5 star

They have turned out to be a better cooking option too. They are more "non-stick", easier to clean, and the heat resistant handles have a lovely grip. I am more than happy with my purchase.
